 Arbarorisa is a collection of three independent residences, ideal for couples and families seeking comfort, authenticity, and a prime location in Santorini. It is situated in the traditional village of Messaria, within a historic merchants’ house dating back to 1875 — a fine example of local urban architecture.

Built of stone and featuring high ceilings, the building preserves its original character while having been carefully renovated to meet modern hospitality standards. It remains our family residence, and we are delighted to extend its warm hospitality to our guests.

The interiors are bright and spacious, designed with earthy tones, natural materials, and a minimal aesthetic that creates a sense of calm and warmth.

Each residence offers a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces, and modern amenities, making it ideal for both romantic getaways and family holidays.

Arbarorisa enjoys a particularly advantageous location in the center of the island, offering easy access to the airport, beaches, and surrounding villages.

Arbarorisa (Pelargonium graveolens) is a perennial, aromatic plant whose leaves release a lemon–rose fragrance when rubbed. It is used in cooking (such as spoon sweets and jams) and is known for its calming, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties. It thrives in pots in sunny locations, requires little watering, and is pruned in the spring.
